The Victor Canera Lay-Away Plan

Have you always wanted to own that Victor Canera diamond or in-stock jewel but have needed time to complete the purchase? This is your opportunity. We offer clients an interest free 90 day lay away period.

Details

Clients wanting to take advantage of this 90 day lay-away period may place a 25% non-refundable deposit towards any Victor Canera in-house and in-stock diamond or jewel with a value of $2,000 or more. The outstanding balance will then be followed by 3 equal 25% payments scheduled at 30 day intervals. The second payment will be due before or on the 30 day period, the second payment due on the 60 day period and the third and final 25% payment will be due no later than 90 days from the original invoice date.

Terms and Conditions

Items placed on lay-away are taken offline and are not offered to any other potential clients. For this reason, the original 25% deposit is strictly non-refundable. Items may not be returned or exchanged except as permitted by our upgrade policies for our Canera Ideal Hearts, Canera Antique Cushion or Canera European Round products.

Clients having a change of heart may choose to apply their deposit towards another in-stock item within 72hrs of the deposit.

Three equal payments must be made on or before each 30 day interval beginning from the original invoice date of their purchase.

If payment in full is not made in 90 days or if two or more payments are late, clients will be refunded their payments to date excluding the 25% original deposit which will be considered forfeited.

Items not in stock such as special order jewelry or diamonds from our virtual (non-stock) inventory are not eligible for this 90 day payment period.
