For these reasons all Victor Canera jewelry come accompanied with our lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee. Clients can rest assured that their jewelry purchase will be free from any manufacturing defects of craftsmanship or materials. Our manufacturers warranty covers all of our jewelry products.

If you feel that your jewel has a manufacturing defect, please Contact us for procedural instructions. Upon receipt of your jewel, we will inspect the item to determine whether the damage is covered under our manufacturer's warranty. If the damage is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, repairs and adjustments will be completed free of charge including any shipping costs.

Our full manufacturer's warranty does not to guarantee against accidental damage to an item caused by wear. As such, our warranty does not cover physical damage caused by wear and tear, abuse or accidental damage to our products. Reasonable and proper care must be exercised to prevent damage to your jewel.

If your jewel has been accidentally damaged, please Contact us. We stand by our products therefore even if your Victor Canera jewel has been accidentally damaged, we will do our utmost to repair it at minimal to no cost. We only ask that clients cover incoming and outgoing shipping charges.

Victor Canera can not guarantee the workmanship of outside vendors done to a Victor Canera jewel. Any outside jewelry work done to our products including but not limited to re-polishing, sizing, plating or adjustments of any kind will render this warranty null and void. We reserve the right to refuse the servicing on any piece where outside jewelry work has been done.
